HOW TO USE:(French Press Instructions)

1. Place the desired amount of loose leaf herbs into the French press. A general guideline is one teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces (240 ml) of water

2.Pour the hot water over the tea leaves in the French press.

3. Place the lid on the French press with the plunger pulled up, and let the tea steep for the recommended time (usually 5-10 minutes, depending on the tea). Once steeped, slowly press the plunger down to separate the leaves from the liquid, then pour the tea into your cup and enjoy.

 Herbal teas are most effective when combined with a healthy lifestyle. Drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and exercise regularly to enhance your body’s natural detoxification processes.
